Both. Events and programs are open to individual leaders and organizational teams. You can join an open cohort or request a private in-house workshop, training, or retreat for your group.
Do you offer virtual and hybrid event options?
Yes. We offer virtual and hybrid options for leadership training, coaching, workshops, and cohorts so leaders can build trust and results without travel. In-person facilitation in Anchorage and travel to select locations is available for events and retreats.
