Founder story

Why I Built ZenFox Solutions for Leaders At Every Level

My career journey began with a corporate internship at a global organization, where I saw first-hand how even the most brilliant plans fail without strong leadership and cultural alignment. The impact of treating people like numbers created a self-perpetuating cycle of turnover and disengagement. It made me realize that the “missing piece” in most organizations isn’t technical skill, it’s the human element. Over the years, I deepened my expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, worksite wellbeing, and leadership development to address these systemic challenges. My focus became bridging the gap and bringing humanity back into the equation by taking a holistic approach to leadership, learning, and growth at both the individual and organizational level. Today, I work with executives, managers, and emerging leaders who are ready to look in the mirror and do the hard work of personal growth for the sake of their teams and their own leadership impact.

My first management role taught me what not to do: I was promoted too fast with no support. But at Hawaiian Vacations, I saw the opposite: strong culture, internal development, and leadership that truly cared. When the HR Manager left, I stepped in and never looked back. Over seven years, I grew from sales agent to director, learning how investing in people transforms organizations. Today, I bring that philosophy to leaders across industries through The Zen Leader program, custom programming, and transformational coaching.

Leadership Philosophy

Leadership Isn't a Title It's a Mindset

I know effective leadership starts from the inside out, rooted in self-awareness that extends outward to create positive impact on teams, organizations, and communities.

My education and experience have shown me that building leadership from within transforms organizations far more than hiring it from outside. Leadership is for anyone willing to grow - and development requires psychological safety, strategic clarity, and resilience built through practice.

High-performing teams burn out not from lack of skill, but from lack of sustainable culture. I built ZenFox Solutions to bridge that gap, helping you cultivate environments where trust, communication, and excellence thrive naturally, not through force.
